The Professional Development Program is a student organization within The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business that was created to enhance the development of students professionally, socially, and interpersonally.

 

Our members will:

· Develop and exemplify qualities listed by top companies as characteristics they look for in job candidates

· Participate in valuable skill enrichment and training to prepare for a successful future career and to excel after graduation

· Improve soft skills, build personal strengths, and practice leadership competencies

· Experience professional, social, and personal growth

· Gain an added edge in the highly competitive corporate world
